The ideal candidate will have experience working in Dental Office as a manager for minimum of 3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office- Oversee administrative staff and ensure they are meeting performance expectations- Develop and implement office policies and procedures- Manage patient scheduling and ensure timely follow-up- Oversee billing and collections processes- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-
